We like everything at the hotel the staff where nice and helpful, the room was clean and tidy, plenty of tea and coffee, they made sure the room was on ground floor for disabled person and a place to put a mobility scooter over night so no complaints from us we was happy staying here for 3 night, and would stay again

The manager Simon was very polite and humble man . He knows how to deal with tired guest and how to refresh them in seconds with smile and a healthy conversation regading culture and so on ..

Staff went above and beyond to sort out a booking error, so friendly and welcoming. The manager Simon was great with our very excitable children and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location close to all amenities. Would definitely return.

The managers couldn’t do enough to help you. Simon is a great guy. We needed to leave at 7am to get to the airport. He sorted us a parking space and made sure we could get out at 7. Nothing was too much trouble, would definitely go back

Our room was good for the price, the bedding smelt lovely and hotel was mainly nice and quiet as well as easy to locate and close to the centre. The shower was quite powerful too and the staff were polite and welcoming. Was everything we needed for an affordable one night stay in Blackpool.

Hotel near to all amenities. Excellent welcome from the owner. They were dealing with some major issues from previous guests, so they had to change rooms around. Card machines wouldn't work, so was allowed to check in and pay later.
